Boat booking

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s included in the price?

The chartered boat with a licensed captain, standard safety gear, fuel for the planned route, and basic cleaning. Extras (long detours, special equipment, catering) are add-ons.

  • How do I book?

Pick your boat and time, enter guest details, accept the Terms, and pay to confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can request changes from your dashboard/email. Free cancellations are allowed up to the policy window shown at checkout; after that, fees may apply.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety first. The captain may reschedule or adjust the route. If it’s unsafe to sail, we’ll offer a free reschedule or a refund per policy.

  • How many people can we bring?

Each boat lists a maximum capacity (including children). For safety and legal reasons, we can’t exceed it.

  • What should we bring on the day?

Government ID, the confirmation email, sunscreen, non-marking shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. BYO snacks and drinks are usually fine—check your boat’s rules.

  • Can we bring alcohol or pets?

Light alcohol is generally allowed if all guests are 18+ (21+ in some regions). Pets depend on the boat/captain—ask in advance so we can confirm.

  • When and where do we meet the captain?

Your confirmation email includes the meeting point and start time. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a quick safety briefing and boarding.

  • Is the deposit/payment refundable?

Payments follow the cancellation and weather policies shown at checkout. If the captain cancels for safety or mechanical reasons, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund.

  • Do you provide life jackets and child sizes?

Yes. All boats carry certified life jackets; let us know children’s ages/weights in advance so we can prepare the right sizes.
